FAQ

Good to know.

Do our guests need an app?

No. The invitation is a website that opens on any phone, tablet or computer straight from WhatsApp, text or e-mail.

Can we change texts later?

Any time — in the host planner. Design, music and languages can be switched right up to the end; guests see the update immediately.

How do monetary gifts arrive?

Straight into your account or PayPal — we are not in between. The page only shows IBAN, GiroCode and PayPal link.

Who can see the guest list?

Only you, with your personal planner key. The invitation is not on Google, and guests only see their own reply.

How long does the invitation stay online?

12 months from activation — so also after the party for photos and thank-yous. Extensions are possible.

Do you only work in Freiburg?

No. We are based in Freiburg im Breisgau and make invitations for celebrations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and beyond — advice in German, Turkish or English.
